This is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oil with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility. Lavander essential oil will be used.

  • $90 for 90 minutes

Deep Tissue Massage ~

This is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session. Eucalyptus essential oil will be used in addition to Muscle Mender in the deep areas that you would like worked to help aliviate next day soreness.

  • $95 for 90 minutes
  • $130 for 120 minutes

Ayurvedic Massage ~

This is designed to detoxify and cleanse the body by boosting the effectiveness of the human immune system. It thus helps to relieve all diseases as well as maintain a good health leading to an improvement in the overall well-being of a person. An Ayurvedic massage helps eliminate toxins through purification, strengthens the muscle tone, relaxes and rejuvenates the body. Also known as hard body massage, Ayurvedic massages are given using hands, feet, elbows, and forearms. Ayurvedic massage involves tapping, kneading, squeezing and the traditional fast paced brush strokes with lots of essential oil. Ginger essential oil will be used.

  • $80 for 60 minutes

Myofascial Therapy ~

This is a type of body work that is designed to improve your body’s structural balance and alignment potential. Fascia is the one universal tissue in the body that integrates with most physiological systems and supports the various mechanical functions of those systems. Fascia also helps to prevent inflammation and infections and regulate circulation —especially in the body’s venous and lymphatic systems. Will perform myofascial in any area the feels like it's needed or discussed prior to bodywork.

Please come to any massage appointment as freshly clean as possible with no sunprotection or bug spray on your skin. You can add those to your body after the treatment. A bathing suit or loosely fit clothing is recommended for easy take off / put on.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

12 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give me 12 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment.

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to me and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

I look forward to serving you!
